Activation of the links found in the table below will provide you with copies of current procedures available for approved UDL tests. Please note that formal training and competency assessment is still required prior to initiating any procedure. Please contact the NJ HIV office at (732) 743-3624 to arrange for training.   

THE 03-09-2009 version of NJ HIV PROCEDURES, POLICIES AND FORMS is available in PDF format. If the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, Department of Pathology provides your bioanalytical laboratory director, these policies are mandatory. If you are not operated by the medical school your laboratory director is free to choose appropriate policies for implementation at your site.
